As part of the working visit to Saratov, the Commissioners for human rights in the regions of Russia visited “The Engels boarding house for elderly and physically challenged" in Saratov, where they got acquainted with the living conditions and the work of the staff.
The staff provides round-the-clock medical supervision and assistance in the Engels care home. It provides a necessary assistance in feeding and in sanitary and hygienic procedures.
