People’s control helps Tatarstan citizens in formation of comfortable environment

If in the early days of work the People's Control system positively solved about 30 per cent of applications, today, this indicator is about 85 per cent. Largely due to this, "People's Control" has become one of the most popular services among the citizens, which completely excluded bureaucratic procedures - citizens do not need to go anywhere, stand in lines and write paper statements. Citizens can apply to the "People's Control" through the Portal of Services of the Republic of Tatarstan and a special mobile application.
